'Progress always involves risk.'

This line from a fortune cookie I ate today really hit home pretty good. I mean, my father told me that if I want something bad enough then I gotta work hard for it. And that takes risks.

I'll be more specific: I want to be with Sabrina someday and help her raise Maggie and have a happy life with her. Sadly, she's in NM and I'm here in CO. Heck, if Wal-Mart doesnt keep me then I'm gonna have to take some risks whether I want to or not. Either it's finding another job in Lamar, going to college in Lamar or do something a bit more risky like moving to New Mexico... I dont like taking the risk of just riding into the unknown but I gotta do something. Well, I'm thinking about it and planning out various scenario's while I still can... heh... risks.
