2 month check up. Kouei is now 13 lbs 2.5 ounces. And 24 3/4 inches long. He is as big as a four month old. Yayie! claps happily He also got three shots and one oral vaccine. I had to hold him, and I cried, seeing the look on his face. it was if he was telling me he didn't trust me anymore. It hurt so much. Eric promised to be the one to hold him next time. He had better. I felt so horrible. but we we got home, we gave him some of his infant drops, to ease his pain. I hope he never remebers any of this. It hurt so much, knowing that I had no other choice.

	Kouei is doing so well! I'm sorry his check-up didn't go as well though; this happens to all babies, and they rarely remember. Do we? But think of this...he may have been upset and not understanding now, but three shots and an oral vaccine are better then a deathly infection or a wasting disease. In the long run, he'll be healthier and happier, and this event is just a tiny point that doesn't mean anything. I'm sorry it hurt you so much!...but it will be alright...you were doing what was best and good for both of you.

	Glad to hear that Kouei is doing well. I've been so busy I have barely had time to be on the computer. Hopefully we can come up to see all of you soon. As for the shots and stuff..... they don't remember it until much later. Like when they are 3 or 4. It hurts us more than it does them.
