2~ because nothing ever stays the same... thing's change with time
3~ because no one can see that they are doing something they think is wrong... it's the whole self preservation thing...
4~ we live in a stress full time and are never really ever taught how to...
5~ because they don't want to... by not moving on they can get the world to go around them...
simply the answer to all your questions is that it is just human nature to be that way... you iether get used to it or you don't...
but we are all that way and you can only really see others this way and it is hard to see yourself...
but oh well...
