She answered to Roy mustang!
From the previous chapters, the flower lady dumped those flowers on him, he called
our favorite Lieutenant up.
She said "No thank you, I have no Pots or Vases"
when asked to take some flowers..
Roy asked if she was ok, and if something was wrong.
She said "No, Nothing is wrong."
They hung up.

Scar fought the Chimera Military peoples, then Edo ran into Marcoh and Mei-chan.
Then, soon enough found Scar and helped him fight off the Military Chimera.
Then Scar and Edo fought.
Winry, whose mother and father were killed by Scar during Ishval, saw Scar.
Scar remembered her, and Froze.
Edo took that chance and trapped Scar.
They had conversation, Winry and Scar did.
She bandaged up his wound.
Edo burst out to Kimblee, then it showed Scar on the roof holding Winry.

Scar and Winry, along with the others. Made a plan to get Scar out of there.
Because how would he have gotten out of the thing Edo trapped him in.
In the Previous Chapter, Ed was told to do three things, acan't remember the firrst too. But the last one was 'Carve a Crest of Blood.'
Meaning, Start another Isval. Edo had to do it, Winry was hostage.
When meeting Scar, he probably told Scar of this, so he made it look like Scar took her hostage. Then he wouldn't have to start another Ishval.
That is my theory on that.
What Riza and Roy will do next. Is unclear to me. >>;
