Well, it took for-freaking-ever, but I got it done in time for Halloween. The outfit went over really well during trick-or-treating.
The one thing that bothered me the most was the shoes. I hate Sora's huge-@$$ shoes! Ugh, and it didn't help that they looked to darn out-of-scale with the rest of the outfit! They turned out really good, just to big... sweatdrop
I think my favorite part of the costume was the jacket with the wings and cape; they turned out REALLY good, and I love them!
*sigh* I'm so proud of myself; I made THE ENTIRE COSTUME from scratch! heart No lie! This was also the first time I had used patterns for sewing. My grandma about beat me to death when she saw the difficulty of the patterns; "WHAT?! You've never used a sewing pattern before, and the first patterns you pick out are not only really difficult, but we're gonna have to alter the crap outta them!!!". We both laughed after she said this, but boy was she right! It took forever for both of us to make some of the alterations, I thought I was going to die! sweatdrop It was definately a fun experience, though, and I look forward to next year.

Apparently, I only have to pay for half of all the materials I buy. My parents pay for the other half. I've also started doing some odd jobs and baby sitting to keep my account full. Looks like I won't be getting contacts, though. I already have fairly light blue eyes.
