My my my... I haven't been on Gaia for awhile now.. ^^; I'm kind of happy though because I think I was going crazy being on the computer all the time. I can't keep doing the same jigsaw puzzles over and over again!!!! gonk Anyway, I've been doing a lot of cool stuff recently... Most of it hiking..
Yesterday my friends and I went to this place out in Waianai. It was really fun! You climb down to the river and jump off into it.. there's even a swinging rope thingie! xD Going down into the ravine was really hard because there was so much loose dirt. I swear, I fell on my friend in front of me like 20 times. I also fell once and got a booboo on my booty. ;_; Then we had to climb down this rope which was kind of scary at first but not as hard as it looks. There were many rivers to cross and rock jumping. xD My friend actually fell into the river which was really funny because he did this while trying to look cool and take a different route. But the mosquitos!!! GOD the mosquitos were horrible. I don't know why, but they were attacking me more than anyone else!!!! My arms were covered with long sleeves but my legs are totally mutilated. I'm really not kidding... let me count.... holy SSSHITTT! 78 bites! And those are the ones that I can see!! It looks like I have a disease... -_-; Then after, we ate at A&W which was very satisfying but there was this really strange obese man staring at us for long amounts of time. Later on, after we all sat down he walked over and handed one of our friends a hand-written (sloppy!!!!!) note which read something like... "I want go to college and get 99% straight As. I want have friends and popular so I not be sad. But I can't do these things cause I am sad and lonely. Blah blah blah lots of weird stuff." It was also weird because he copied the same thing three times and gave all three papers with the same message on it to my friend. We thought it was a curse or something. O.O;; But he just threw it away and we ran out of there as soon as possible. rofl rofl rofl
Then today I went to Koko Crater by myself which was a little... scary... They are these abandoned railroad tracks by a shooting range (you can hear the *POW* *POP* *BOOM* as you're climbing) and they go STRAIGHT up the crater to the top. It's almost like stairs because of the tracks. It looks easy but you have to be in really good shape to go straight to the top without stopping. Me? I stop at least a few times. It's really tough. There's also a small ravine that the tracks go over which is extremely scary for me. What makes it worse it that there's a bee hive right near this part of the tracks, but it motivates me to runnnn across without stopping. At first there was nobody going up or down so I was so fricken scared. Like Hills Have Eyes or something. I was just waiting for something to jump out, chain me up, and force me to have their ugly children. xD But as I neared the top a lot of people started going up so it wasn't as bad anymore.
There were a few other hikes but I'm tired of blabbing already... xD I'm just really glad I still have motivation for doing active things, even after discoving the wonders of the internet, video games, and anime. *drool*
