I've been wanting to try my hand at writing for quite some time now & after reading the beginning of my good friend ~Luver_of_Evny~'s fanfiction I finally got the inspiration I need. A little back ground information. This story was based upon one sentence.
"Because," said Silvxa "last time that happened YOU had to go ahead and get eat ALL the brownies, which caused you to have nightmares, thus destroying the whole room, not only that but in the morning we found you sleeping upside down, hanging off the edge of the self in the closet."
xD
So yeah this story is how that event took place mainly in the point of view of my original Organization XIII character Silvxa.
It actually wasn't supposed to be this long but I really wanted to see if I could do something like this. Please if you could read and critique me on anything you see wrong. I enjoyed writing this so much that I have another story planning out in my head. :3
____
It was morning in the World That Never Was though you could never tell, the sun light’s rays did not reach this realm between the light and dark. Silvxa slowly opened her eyes and grunted, she had been awake for hours trying to go back to sleep. Staring at the wall she began to think about the past few hours.
She had awoken much earlier from a loud crash more than likely coming from one of the other member’s rooms, after listening for a while there was no sound. Everything was at peace. She smiled rolling over to her side thinking that the sound was due to one of Vexen’s latest experiments, the mad scientist was always up to something.
Silvxa began to drift off again when suddenly the noises started picking up again, more violently this time. It did not stop this time and continued on. Thinking the berserker was at it she stayed in her bed glaring at the ceiling, Saïx was never that fond of her after one of the meeting arguments got psychical between the two after Silvxa refused one of Xemnas’ orders.
Much later the noise had stop once again. Silvxa waited for it to start once again but nothing ever came. Silvxa had tried to sleep again but was unable to do so.
A loud rumble from Silvxa’s stomach brought her out of her thoughts. She sighed pushing the dark covers off of herself, she swung her legs off the side of the bed sitting up and looking down at her feet. She gently rubbed both of them together feeling that they were still so soft.
She smiled once again remembering the pervious day, they had all gone to the Land of Dragons for their infamous hot springs to relax and refresh themselves. Her smile turned into a wide grin as she went over the events that day in her head. All in all the day there had been fantastic. A few others including herself had snuck water guns in, they went around getting anybody and everyone they could with them too. Silvxa giggled to herself, she had gotten Larxene right in the face. Her grin suddenly turned into a grimacing look. “Cruse you Elixia,” she thought to her self, “I wanted some of those brownies.”
Elixia had taken it upon herself to “test out” all of the brownies Demyx had made for them. Regardless to say Silvxa was not amused, there was very little Silvxa cared for in this world anymore after becoming a Nobody but Demyx’s brownies was damn sure at the top of the list.
Silvxa stood rubbing her eyes, yawning slightly. She began walking toward the door passing her coat which was still lying on the ground from the night before. She stopped looking down at her own clothing thinking whether she should change. She wore black pajama pants with little musical notes printed on them and a black t-shirt, looking again at the traditional Organization wear she decided against it besides there were very few who actually changed before breakfast.
Silvxa continued her journey towards the door and out into the hallway. She never liked the hallway; white was never a color she appreciated, just too bright for her taste. The light casting off from Kingdom Hearts had only made it brighter; she stopped once again to stare upward towards the heart-like moon for only a minute but found herself transfixed by it.
A knocking farther down the hallway brought her back to reality. She blinked a few times, rubbing her eyes again. Silvxa turned her head to the side and noticed Axel, clad in nothing more than red boxers and white wife beater, standing in front of Elixia’s door. Silvxa cocked an eyebrow upward and eyeing the fiery young red head as he pounded on the large door. She grinned looking mischievous as ever deciding to investigate the current situation.
“Elixia? Elixia! C’mon... Open up!” he shouted knocking once again. Axel continued his glare with Elixia’s door. Suddenly Axel stood straight, his entire posture frozen to the spot. His green eyes averted to the side as he turned his body to the left extending both arms outward unleashing a monstrous stream of flames.
He then blinked scratching the back of his head, his posture becoming flimsy once again, seeing that no one was there. “That’s funny... I could have sworn someone was watching me. That’s just wei—”
“Axel?”
Axel jumped shouting slightly, his eyes widening. Turning, startled green eyes meet with sharp golden ones. Silvxa had to suppress her laughter as Axel turned away from his superior’s stare blushing slightly. Axel coughed trying to cover up his embarrassment. “H-hey Silvxa, what’s up?” he asked.
Silvxa grinned, “Nothing much, heading down to breakfast,” She narrowed her eyes, her grin becoming wider, “What are you up to?”
Axel crossed his arms in front of his chest; he nudged his head towards the door, “Trying to wake up sleeping beauty in there.”
Silvxa put her hands into her pockets eyeing Elixia’s door for just a moment before turning her gaze back toward Axel. “Why don’t you just, ya know, go in?” she asked slightly confused.
“Pfft, yeah right. The last time I just walked in there I got a picture frame thrown at me!” He uncrossed his arms pointing to the still bruised, still bandaged wound just above his left eye. Silvxa snickered; she remembered that morning all too well. Seeing his pain amused her Axel once again crossed his arms and began to pout which only made Silvxa laugh harder.
“Aw,” she said through her laughing fit reaching slightly upward taking Axel’s chin with her right hand, “Dun worry Axy... I’ll go in there with you.” Axel pulled himself away from her hand still pouting if not more so.
“Where you two goin’?”
Silvxa suddenly stopped laughing her eyes growing wide at this new voice that seemed to come from no where. Axel stiffened as well blinking a few times. The two both looked upward in unison only to find the Organization’s second member Xigbar, standing above the two upside-down, looking down at them amusingly. He then jumped off what would appear to be nothing more than air, turning slightly and landing perfectly on his feet, the metal on his coat rattling about.
Silvxa crossed her arms glaring at the Freeshooter, “You ********, don’t do that. You’re going to give me a heart—” her sentenced was soon cut short as Xigbar’s arm reached around her only to rest on her mouth. He gave her an almost distasteful look. “Now now kid is that anyway to greet someone?” he questioned Silvxa and only started to laugh when a very muffled ‘******** you’ was heard. He then bent down and gave Silvxa a peck on the cheek.
Axel smiled waving to Xigbar, “Hey man, what’s up?”
“Waiting for you three to come and eat. I think Xemnas wants to weed out everyone that was in on the little mission yesterday at the springs. Hey!” Xigbar had to quickly remove his hand from the Soundmakers mouth or risk losing his fingers. The hand didn’t go too far, it was now resting on her shoulder quite firmly. Silvxa continued her glare on Xigbar.
“Well it might take a little bit more time.” Silvxa said in an annoyed tone. Xigbar looked down at her tilting his head slightly, “Why’s that?”
“Elixia won’t open her door.” Axel chirped in.
“So..” Xigbar said confusingly. “Why don’t you just, you know, go in?”
Axel’s eye twitched slightly as he pointed again at his bandaged head wound. Xigbar only laughed in response. He let his hand drop from Silvxa’s shoulder and walked over to Elixia’s door. Grasping the door knob, he turned it to find that it was locked. He frowned a bit, putting his hands inside in his pockets and tilted his side to the side as if thinking.
Axel joined Silvxa at her side and looked confusingly at the man. He turned as he brought his hand up to cover the side of his mouth, “What is he doing?” Axel lightly whispered to Silvxa. Silvxa sighed heavily staring down at the floor, “Planning. Hopefully it’s not destructive this time.”
Turning their attention back to Xigbar, they watched as the man brought his leg up only to slam it into the door causing it to fly off of its hinges to the ground a few inches away. Placing his leg down Xigbar turned his head around to see Axel staring wide eyed at something behind him, most likely where the door had been only moments ago, and Silvxa shaking her head.
“Come on now you two, let’s get this brat and go eat.” He removed one of his hands from his pockets extending his arm towards Silvxa in an inviting gesture. Silvxa walked towards the arm but did not take the hand offered to her instead she walked into the opened doorway of Elixia’s room, turning the light switch on, and gasped. Xigbar blinked staring at her, averting his gaze to the room itself just as Axel stopped beside him. “Hoshit, I didn’t do that.. Did I?” Xigbar asked out loud to mostly himself. Axel stared in awe, “What.. what happened?”
The room had been completely destroyed. Clothing cluttered almost every inch of the floor, frames that once held good memories of times past where shattered, books looked as though they had been throw from their place on the bookshelves, the bookshelf itself was no longer up right but lying on the ground, dirt and glass was littered the ground as well as the walls from vases that once contained beautiful plants from Marluxia’s garden.
The three stared wide eyed at the mess that was once Elixia’s room. Axel over looked the room, “Hey guys. Where’s Elixia?” he asked curiously as he stepped in the room. Silvxa blinked noticed that Axel was indeed right. Elixia was no where to be seen. Xigbar and Silvxa followed Axel into the room curiously looking at the mess for the whereabouts of the young Nobody.
Axel kneeled downwards near the bed, peaking under its large frame. He sighed rising up again shaking his head slightly, “She not there.”
Silvxa crossed her arms over her chest taking another look around the room; she soon noticed that Elixia’s closet was slight ajar. Silvxa took a few steps forwards, narrowing her eyes, in an attempt to see inside.
A sudden movement on the other side made her gasps, jumping back slightly only to fall against Xigbar’s chest. “The hell’s your problem kid?” he asked curiously looking downwards at her. Silvxa pointed to the closet, her eye twitching slightly.
“There’s something in there.”
Axel’s turned his head at those words. He almost went into a sprint walking over to stand by his superior’s, “Do you think it’s Elixia?” he asked cautiously looking into the small opening. Axel could see something moving inside as well.
“Maybe... but if it is her, why didn’t she just open the door when you were knocking?”
Looking over to Xigbar, Axel shrugged. Turning his attention back towards the closet he brought his hand up to scratch his cheek. “Well, someone’s got to go check it out.”
There was an awkward pause after that. Axel could feel eyes burning into him from the side. His eye twitched slightly as he once again looked over at the two. Silvxa and Xigbar were staring right at him with gloomed expressions. Axel knew it was going to end up this way, the superiors always got their way.
Axel looked over to his newest mission. He breathed in deeply puffing his chest outwards and slowly walked over to the door. He grabbed the knob hesitantly; he could hear whatever it was moving around. Bring his other hand up he created a small flame for the purpose of seeing beyond the door frame and quite possibly for protection. Axel swallowed hard, gripping the handle he threw the door open extending his hand outwards. Axel blinked at the site in front of him; Silvxa cocked her head to the side while Xigbar stared. There, hanging up-side down on one of the highest shelves, was the sleeping form of Elixia.
Axel blew the flame out with an annoyed expression. Reaching up he grasped the string light switch pulling it downwards turning the light on. Elixia eyes squeezed tighter as she bought a hand to shield them. “Hey! Wake up!” Axel flicked her in the head roughly. Elixia uncover one of her eyes glaring daggers at him, her other arm came whipping out slamming into Axel’s nose. He stumble back holding his now bruised nose, “What the hell Elixia,” he paused for a moment looking down at his arms, “You made me bleed!”
Xigbar and Silvxa both burst into a laughing fit causing the two to fall to the floor. Still glaring at the now beaten and bruised Axel, Elixia slid out of her closet she curiously over looked her room. Her clothing, which consisted of pink pajama pants with black skulls printed on them and a matching tank top, were slightly ripped. She placed her hands on her hips laughing slightly.
“Well I guess it wasn’t a dream.” She closed her eyes smiling. Xigbar stood, brushed himself off quickly before helping Silvxa up. Xigbar looked toward Elixia, “What wasn’t a dream?” he asked curiously. Elixia suddenly looked embarrassed looking down, scratching her cheek, “Well you see... I had this dream or rather it was a nightmare. In my dream I was in my room minding my own business when on of a sudden this huge,” she outstretched her hand to empathize her words, “creature flew through my window and started attacking me. I tired to call out my shadow wolves but none of them would come, so I got a little desperate and started running around my room throwing whatever I could at it. I tried to run towards the door to get someone to help me but the creature blocked my way so I ran into the closet.”
Silvxa blinked, “So that was you last night. Damn... If I would have known that I would have came to see what was going on.” Elixia tilted her head to the side, “Who did you think it was?” “Saïx, and I wasn’t about to get my head ripped off by berserker boy.”
Axel placed a finger on his chin, he face still bloody and bruise, “That’s weird. Nobodies hardly ever dream let alone have nightmares.”
“Maybe it was something you ate?” Silvxa suggested.
“Hmm. Well, I did eat all of Demyx’s brownies yesterday.”
Xigbar’s eye twitched as he looked away from the three. “H-hey, why don’t we go down and eat some breakfast I’m starvin’” Silvxa noticed Xigbar’s sudden uncomfortable stance she narrowed her eyes crossing her arms in front of her chest, “You didn’t do anything to those brownies did you.. old man?” Xigbar flinched at the remark, he hated when Silvxa called him that. Looking slightly over to her, “I don’t have any idea what you’re talkin’ about kid.” Turning his head back, taking his gaze off the younger Nobody.
“Ah ha!” she shouted causing everyone in the room to jump. Silvxa walk till she was in front of Xigbar, she suddenly started to jab him on his chest with her index finger, “That proves it. You only look away from me when you’re lying to me. So,” she grabbed the top of his coat pulling a slightly stunned Xigbar down to face her, “What ya do?”
Xigbar sighed looking downwards at the ground, “Xaldin, Luxord and me walked into the kitchen just as Demyx was walking off to grab something from his room. We noticed that he was cooking something so we decided to see what it was, we opened the stove and saw that he was making brownies. The batter was still wet so it was the prefect time to put stuff in.”
Elixia’s eyes widen, “Oh dear Kingdom Hearts, what did I eat?!”
Xigbar mumbled something under his breathe. Silvxa leaned in slightly, “What was that?” Xigbar looked up his expression quite gloomy, “Ground up papou leaves*.” Silvxa’s jaw dropped as did Elixia’s and Axel’s.
Letting go of Xigbar’s coat Silvxa walked over to Axel and grabbed his arm, “This is going to get rough.” She said calmly to him as she pulled him out of the room and into the hallway. Axel knew she was right he could literately see Elixia foaming at the mouth. “Poor Xigbar.” He thought to himself.
Axel and Silvxa walked in silence down the hallway towards the dinning area. They both knew that it would have been faster and not to mention easier to just open a portal but either of one of them did. Silvxa placed her hands in her pockets as she mumbled to herself, “Damn brownies.”
