I tried taking a picture of the moon last night...
But it didn't work. I have my own digital camera, it's black and pretty(to me), and has all my pictures of my best friends from Texas. Yeah... Anyway; my window faces the backyard, thus I can see the moon and stars at night... Which I love; for I can sit there listening to music for hours on end if I wanted to. They just mesmerize me. blaugh Ok, so here's the story...~
Last night, Colorado Springs had a huge storm, it seemed like gallons of water was simply poured on the houses. Lightning and thunder went off multiple times, and for a good 30 minutes the storm went on just as bad as when it'd started. It slowly slowed and stopped, leaving the air crisp and smelling amazing. Some beautiful dark clouds still lingered over everything, they were lightly covering the shining moon. I love storms of any kind, love the dark clouds and the smell of rain. My perfect day would be playing out in the pouring rain, listining to Carribean Blue, by Enya. So I quickly got new battaries for my pretty camera, the ran to my window. I worried over the fact that the net would mess up my picture, but I ignored the nagging feelings and snapped the picture anyway. I impatiently waited for my soon-to-be beautiful snap-shot. When it'd loaded, I clicked the botton with a square and a triangle in it. Saddly; I only got the glare of the 'safety net', and no wonderful photo. I went to bed, listening to Enya and silently cursing safety.
Yeah, I know, it's really stupid... But that scean was soo~~~ pretty xd I can't beleive I couldn't get a pic of it
~ What have we learned? Go outside if you want to get a good picture of the moon.
