So clicking preview apparently logs you out.... So I'm rewriting my entry...

So today was dull....

Layed down most of the day feeling really bad from a... not quite an arguement... getting yelled at 2 hours for 2-5minutes of being upset and not thinking straight.... Am I really that awful of a friend?

Talked to an old friend from taekwondo... twas nice

Highlight below at your own risk... lady stuff if you catch my drift

oh...my...god... the menstrual cramps right now are the worst they've ever been... feels like they're ripping apart my insides... please someone...does anyone at all have ideas to get rid of them?

Mines is on as well.
Drink lots water and move around (jog, dance, run, skip ^^.)
That works for me^^plus, it keeps your flow going ^^

I was going through your journal, and randomly clicked this date. Yes... I'm that bored...

anyway, highlight for suggestions on your problem:
Midol always works... but that doesn't always do the trick. Here are some herbal remedies I've learned from my grandmother and friends:
Black haw - simply the best, but a little tricky to get. So good even science has broken down and accepted it's marvelous ability to relax down there.
Raspberry leaf tea - works soooooo good, and tastes great too ^_^
Ginger tea - good for so many thing, including the cramps. Ginger tea is also good for bronchi problems and strengthens the immune system... plus, it's just so delicious.

Hope that helps you out on your little problem. Mine used to be so bad I had to call off work. -.-
