Petty is one of them and she has unique story, as everyone does. Once she made a big mistake... She fell in love with a human...She let him see her and then he fell in love with her too.. They were hiding for much time, but unfortunately the king of the fairies discovered that they were meeting secretly and cast a spell to the boy so that he would forget all that had happened. No fairy can ignore fairy laws, so Petty could do nothing. All she has to remind her of the boy is a necklace he gave her... She always wears this and is sure that deep inside he loves her...!

Story:Witch Petty was a normal witch. Well, maybe not so normal! She was always bored and didnt do anything to help the other witches in the small town they were livin. So , the queen of witches decided to give her a "gift". She let her know if anything bad would happen to a person each day, and gave her powers so that she could save them! Now Witch Petty is not resting at all. She always has to keep in mind the people she protects....! She will be free of this gift,only if a lazier witch is found by the queen...Impossible!

Story:Many years ago, a woman was captured by an evil demon. And here comes Sailormoon! She managed to save the woman with the help of her friends! The strange thing about her is that she didnt know anything about her past. The only thing she got was a necklace with the name Petty inscribed on it. So, to show her gratitude to Sailormoon and her friends she became a sailor too and started helping them! She never learnt about her past but after her rescue she didnt care any more.The only thing she was cocncerned about was the present! And the present was great!
