There's new quests... and it is quite confusing what it is for. I think most people are speculating that they have to do with vampires for the Halloween event... but isn't Halloween in October... it's July...
I can't get to the Von Helson quest... I got the message, but didn't start the quest... now I have no idea where that message could have gone...
