Well, with all the Harry Potter hoopla going on, I thought I might jolly well make a journal about it.
As most people with tvs, radios, computers, newspapers, or friends know, the fifth movie, Order of the Phoenix, and the seventh book, the Deathly Hallows, are here.
I'm proud to say that I saw the movie on the first day of opening and have a copy of the book pre-ordered.
By the end of the week, wizards and witches (and some muggles) everywhere will surely lock their doors, disconnect phones, and sit in absolute isolation to read the final book in the Harry Potter series.
Or, as Homer Simpson would say, Hairy Plopper.
(If you haven't seen the commercials for the Simpsons Movie, just disregard that...)
EDIT: I finished it on Sunday, and I would just like to say, I was moved. I cried.
And never again shall I read a new book about Harry Potter, the boy who lived...
