Where's mine? In movies and on TV when people hit there lowest there's always somebody there who takes them back or forgives them or who shows up and saves them or a friend who relizes whats going on. There's always that one person who helps them out. A hero who comes an saves them when they can't take anymore. So where's mine?

	You need to look and see that there are people all around who care about you. I know you are having a tough time and before you do anything to hurt yourself I would hope you would call me so we could talk through it. I really wish we could sit down and fix everything going wrong in your life but that is not possiable. Life is a journey and I hope that you continue on your journey as best as you can. "Things have to always get better eventually look forward to when they are better." That is a quote from my E-mail signature that is what I tell myself when things get really bad. Maybe you should create a place in your head that you can go that is safe and nothing is wrong where you can calm down when you aren't feeling the greatest. That way you always have a place where you are loved and nobody can hurt you including yourself where no bad thoughts can penitrate. I hope that will help you so you can maybe feel a little better.
