Yeah, so, a few days ago (Friday morning, to be exact), I stepped on a nail.

We're doing a lot of renovating at my house ~ new paint, new windows, new flooring, general cleaning out, etc. Well, we were not doing the flooring ourselves, and had guys coming in for about three days working on it. Well, the morning of the third day was here, and mom wanted to cover the furniture, because she thought they needed to bring their saw inside because they were doing the steps, so I was helping her. I had used a step stool to get the cloth up and over this one cabinet, and the on my way down, didn't look carefully enough and brought my right foot down on the baseboard they still had off from the wall (hallway I think), with, of course, the nail side up, and my foot landed on one of the nails. OUCH!!!!! (Not something I would recommend.) So, my foot's still a bit sore, though I'm pretty sure it's healing, and I feel like a bit of an idiot, hobbling around. Grrr...... *sighs* Oh well. Such is life, I suppose.
