Jean quickly rushed to the superior, "Captain Hawkeye!" He saluted with his right hand, in his left hand a newspaper. The Blond solider turned immediately around seeing Havoc, she nodded and looked at his left hand seeing the paper.
"Yes Lieutenant?" she said questionably, instantly she was given the paper, she took it from Jean Havoc, reading the headline.
'The Flame Alchemist Found Dead'
Quickly she darted to the article.
The Flame alchemist, also known as General Roy Mustang is now dead
as of last friday. When Soliders tried to contact him on that Friday afternoon,
there was no reply, instantly solider left to his station in the Briggs
Mountain range. When soliders checked the premises, they found no
force of entry, or in fact anything wrong. All they had found was a burnt
to crisp body. Doctors were unable to check if it was his body due to its
state. Seeing as he was the flame alchemist, it presumably Suicide.
There were no notes found on why.
Tears streamed down her face, the rest of the article was just on his life in Ishval and other accomplishments. She held her breath, "Why would he do this?"
Havoc shrugged, "As far as I know, he was perfectly fine..." he didn't know what to say really, especially to her of all people. "Chief...probably left a note or something somewhere..."
Munich, Germany 1925
Edward looked over to Alphonse, "Hey...Al?"
Al looked up to his older brother, his dark blond hair in it normal fashion of a ponytail. "Yeah Brother?"
"Have you ever...had the gut feeling that something bad just happened?" He said, a painful look came over his face but he kept driving straight.
"Well...Now that you mention it, I kind of do now. Do you think Noah is alright?" he quickly finished.
"We'll see." he said, "But, I'm sure its nothing." he said as they drove to Noah.
East City, Ametris 1925
"Your new name will be The Soul Alchemist." One of the men of the new military leaders said.
The soul alchemist's crimson red eyes were fixated with glee. On his face a grin, "Thank you, I hope that my expertise will serve our military well."
Xing 1925
The blond starred at the paper, "So..He's dead...?" she stared at the paper, un believing. She took a deep breath scanning the page.
'New Soul Alchemist'
She starred at it oddly, "Wha?" her face full of alarm and a hint of annoyance.
The New State Alchemist called, 'Soul Alchemist.' Of course in years
before hand, a man by the name of Stephen Olmstead was the former
State Alchemist with this name, but died in Lior. His Daughter in later
years, became the Soul Bounding Alchemist. Of course, she too later
died. The new alchemist, is not a member of the Family what-so ever
but has gained the families signature technique. The New Alchemist's
Background is unknown, all is known is his name.
Leon Kingsly.
She glared at the picture, "Little thief." she growled.
