Marmalade Boy

The story is a cheerful 15 year old girl called Miki Koishikawa,
who discovers that her family is getting divorced heart
Shocked by their cheerful happiness of getting a divorce,
they explained to her that the fell in love with another couple
on their holiday in Miami, the Matsuura's.
Jin, her father fell for Chiyako Matsuura and Rumi fell in love
with Youji Matsuura, and decided to divorce and remarry. xp

Miki hated the idea and told her best friend Meiko all about it,
Meiko found it cool, much cooler than her parents, who constantly
argues and refuse to get a divorce due to 'appearances'. sad

So Miki went to the restuarant, so she can be introduced to the
Matsuura, where she discovers they have a son Yuu.
She now has an ally!! ^0^ but when she saw him, she was
love struck. heart

She decided it had to wait and told the family what she thought about
the whole thing, in the end, they calmly told her that they won't be apart
as they all will live together in 1 big house!!! xd

She was on her own, since Yuu didn't mind that his parents were
swapping spouses, and told her to give up, so she did, reluntantly
and told Yuu once they all moved in together, that she will never
be comfortable with this family, so Yuu teased her by giving her his
used chewing gum and put it in her hand, she hated him ( don't blame her)

As she went back to school, she was happy that she doesn't have to be
with her 'weird family' but sadly, Yuu attended the same school so
she had to cope with him around.

As she went off to play tennis with her best guy friend Ginta,
Yuu looks on at the 2, Meiko came and introduced herself, and
that she is best friends with miki. biggrin

When Yuu asked if those 2 will be dating one another, she said it won't
happen, as Ginta turned her down in junior high. sad

As they all went to gym, all the girls were talkig about Yuu,
how athletic he is, Ginta came and said that he must be a 'dumb jock'
but Meiko said the entrance exam was really hard, if he didn't pass that
he wouldn't have entered this school, this got Ginta mad scream
and all the girls said that Ginta is jealous that Yuu will steal Miki
from him, but Miki said that he turned her down a long time ago,
they apoligised and went to play basketball as it was their turn.

Miki stood there, thinking about Ginta, what they did when they were
younger, talking and having fun in junior high. 3nodding
Then Ginta gave her a pin from wimbledon, that his cousin gave him
when he was on his trip there. Miki was sure that Ginta has feelings
for her so she written a love letter to him. heart

But when she returns, the letter was seen by his friends, and Ginta
said that he only saw her as a friend, when she heard this, she left
not talking to ginta as ginta calls out in distraught. gonk

The next morning, Ginta cut his hair, for he was heart brokened,
and is sorry to have hurted miki, but she never spoke to him until
the start of high school, when they discovered that they all be in the
same class together with meiko, so they all became friends, just
like before, but there was no feelings for him anymore, and before she
knew it, a basketball hits her right in the face! eek crying gonk sweatdrop

So she went to the nurses office, where meiko said she'd get her stuff
for her as miki yelled at herself for daydreaming.
Then she heard Yuu's voice and panicked, knowing that he'd tease her
again, so she pretended to sleep, as he came in, Yuu looked at her,
then suddenly kissed her!!! heart
He got back up and looked at her 1 last time and left.
Miki freaked out and wondered what the heck just happened!!!

End of story 1, End of first episode in the anime ^_^ *bows*
