Unknown to death... Nor known to death...
I am the only one who can see my future, and I must make that future...
Life is only a road... (My present life)
Life... you enter this world with no idea what's going on at first, but yet, you start to learn. Walking down this road... no idea where it leads... but you happen to have a map. You grow older, make friends, experience new things. Walking down this road even further, you see a person walking down the same path, and I ask for directions... still walking down this road.. I find a apple hanging from a tree.. it was delicious. My parents are arguing, and doesn't seem to get along like they use to. It starts to get foggy, I can no longer see where I'm going, and having a difficult time getting through the thick fog... still wondering where this road leads me. My parents are getting a divorce... I never thought this day would come. Now for the hardest decision of my life, to live with my mom... or dad? The fog is getting even thicker, but I am still able to see... up ahead I see the path diverging, going left or right. My mom needs me the most, besides.. my dad never loved us, he was never there for us, living without a father's love is very painful. My mother and I moved to Michigan, leaving everything behind in New York, our memories, our loved ones, friends, families, and our home... it was really rough for me to go through. I chose to go left... but it was heavily covered with thorn bushes... but I must endure the pain, and go through... my backpack was damaged and has a big tear.. almost everything fell out of my backpack, but I can't turn back to get them now, I must go forward. We finally started to settle here, and start a new life, making new friends, and getting used to it. Finnaly I'm through all those thorn bushes, I setted up camp and build a fire, and I was nice, warm and cozy. A deer popped out the bushes nearby and came close to me, he seems to like me.

I can relate to this one a bit. Mom and dad are divorced too, but I like the way you used the backpack as leaving things behind. The rough side of life can make people change, seeing things as they really are and understanding what most don't.
