It takes more calories to eat a piece of celery than the celery provides you with.
HA! I knew there was a reason why I hated celery ((along with half the rest of the world...)) honestly, I think if it wasn't for peanut butter, celery would be a useless veggie or whatever it is >< bitter gross food.
