The King shall ride in his chariot black,
Revelling in the greatness of his kingdom,
With wife, child and slaves aside.
The jubilant masses will sing his praises,
And shout his name for friend and enemy alike to hear.
As the joyous subjects celebrate their kings coming,
The Viking descendant will make ready for his final betrayal.
Thrice a murderer he will make his great revelation,
Like a viper coiled to strike,
He will wind himself to punish the great king.
From the great mountains a thunderous crash will come forth.
The crowd will scream and the dressmaker’s testimony will seal the little Vikings fate.
