The Fudomori Clan is a clan of Summoners. They can summon any type of weapons and monsters using the "Summoning Tome". They summon the "Legendary Dragons" if they are in great danger but only "The Chosen One" can summon these "Legendary Dragons". Summoning is not only the ability of the Fudomori Clan. Each and one of them had special abilities/power that only they can perform. The Fudomori Clan also had a fierce enemy. His name is "Chaos" and he will do anything to destroy the Fudomori Clan. Only the "Legendary Dragons" can defeat "Chaos".

"The Summoning Tome" is used to summon weapons/monsters so that the Summoners can protect/defend themselves from their enemies. There are two types of Summoning Tome:
The Light Tome:

The Light Tome is used to summon creatures and/or weapons that belong to the Light. The Chosen One uses the Light Tome to summon one of the two "Legendary Dragons", the Dragon of Light.
The Dark Tome:

The Dark tome is used to summon creatures and/or weapons that belong to the Dark. The Chosen One uses the Dark Tome to summon one of the two "Legendary Dragons", the Dragon of Dark.
An ordinary Summoner must choose between the Dark Tome and Light Tome, they cannot use both type of Tomes, except for the Chosen One who can use both type of Tomes.

Kamui is the sole heir of the Fudomori Clan. She is a gentle lady but strong-willed and sometimes stubborn when it comes to making decisions. She's very kind and because of that the whole clan members adored and admire her and they are willing to be under her service once she became the Clan head. When Kamui becomes a Legal Summoner at the age of 13, she chose the Light Tome and started training under Fujiko, the strongest Summoner. When Kamui reaches her 18th birthday, Fujiko discovers that Kamui can also used the Dark Tome because of an accident during their training, thus making Kamui the "Chosen One", who will summon the "Legendary Dragons" to defeat "Chaos".

She has a jewel on her forehead that enable her to control the four basic elements and the wing tattoo on her arm symbolizes her as the next heir of the Fudomori Clan.
