I'm on a roll, in the past three months, i have written 3 songs that aren't utter crap!
This ones called 'my lullaby'
Notes swirl around my head
As I lay upon my bed
Don't try to wake me
Because I feel so happy
As the abyss creeps over me
And darkness clouds my mind
I listen to the melody
Of my lullaby
Don't cry for me
Because I'm not really dead
Though my heart may have stopped beating
There's still music in my head
Truth be told
The music moves me in my soul
It moves on the inside
As my outside grows so cold
It sounds so beautiful
It makes me want to cry
But I can only lay back
And listen to my lullaby
