Tinny's Poetry and Ramblings (COMMENTS WANTED!)
Random stuff.
An entry of a few different poems...
What is this mixed emotion?
Why is it here?
Why is that when I see you,
I think of you in fear?

We used to just talk,
but now it's so much more,
we used to just laugh,
but now I'm torn...

Torn between my heart,
Torn between my soul,
Torn between my mind,
I've never felt so alone...

But here you are,
standing right next to me,
and yet why are there
so many emotions inside of me?

Everything is changing,
and I just want to flee...

Please, don't make me go...
Try to understand, to see....

*******

When I look at you...
I'm afriand to catch your eye,
When I stare at you,
I'm afraid to even try...

Because
What about rejection?
What about dejection?
Will you still love me then?
After I say?

I want to be with someone,
and I hope that someone is you,
I want to feel loved,
and held the way you do.

So please,
oh please,
understand me...

Try to make things clear...
I hope your heart is near...

Oh please,
I hope you understand me...

I want to be with you,
and I hope you want the same.

But
What about rejection?
What about pain?
What about love?
Will you do anything?

But what about the way I look at you?
Do you even notice?
Do you feel the way I do?
Do you care?

Do you care?

****

Once upon
long ago,
a small child
wandered the land...

And she looked,
and she looked,
for something quite out of hand,

It wasn't above her head,
and it wasn't below her feet...

And she looked,
but couldn't find,
that special something.

But did she give up?
No, she never did.
She had to fill in that gap,
So she persisted.

And she searched and she searched,
until she felt dead,
And then that small child
wasn't small anymore...

She had matured,
and found what she was looking for...

That thing that filled the gap in her empty heart.
It was the love of an eternal father,
that would care for her evermore.

***

Blood falls from the sky...

Tears that never dry...

People screaming out in fright...

Eternal darkness worse than night...

Arms reach out and save,
one from this wreached fate.
He will hold in his arms...
Gently restraining the one from harm.

He is the Lamb,
The One and Only,
He will save you,
He is holy.

Gnashing, gritting teeth...

And shrieks of anguish...

Flames without ceasing...

And eternal lamentation...

He will save your soul,
Your past, becomes a new slate,
With wide open arms,
You will be saved from your fate.

Noooo these poems have NOTHING to do with each other.
