How to Eat DAVID seeds:
Crack the shell with your teeth, eat the seed, and spit the shell. Experienced seeders pop a handful of seeds in their moth and store them in one cheek, then transfer a seed over to the other side with their tongue, crack it, and then eat the kernel and spit the shell.
D: SUnflower seeds are pretty fun for like 5 minutes when I'm bored.. xD But when I get lazy...I just munch on the whole thing. P:
And this thing has 190 Calories!! xD I never look at the labels. D: But that's big number.
Yep.. Weekend is almost over! D'x It always goes by fast.
