Today I feel like talking about my pets, just 'cause I feel like talking.

We have two cats, and two dogs. We used to have other pets but we lost four hermit crabs, two guinea pigs, and a lizard in one school year. crying It's so sad!

Our silky soft black cat, Baby got her name because she's such a big baby. She cries loudly when your in a closed room, and scratches at the door wanting to get in. She's not allowed in my room, because I'm allergic to them and I've got asthma. But that's a differant story. Baby loves to sit on people's laps when they're on the computer. She also has some kind of love affair with my dad's shoes...

Xena is our overweight, cat with siamese-like markings. She's a complete and total retard! Seriously, she'll be licking herself or halfway onto the bean bag, and she'll suddenly stop, and look around like she doesn't know what she's doing or how she got there. And she's so fat, her eyes are buggy, and she can't lick her back so your hand feels almost coated after petting her. Xena was a brave little kitten, so we named her after Xena Warrior Princess. Now that she's had kittens and been fixed, she's just lazy.

Both of our cats seem to think that the carpet isn't good enough for them. If there's a book or plastic bag or whatever on the floor, they'd rather lay on that than the carpet. The crinklier it is, the better.

We have a Great Perinease (I know I slaughtered that, can someone tell me how it's spelled?) named Nanook. Our only male animal. He's adorable and drooly and big. We had to get him debarked when we moved, though. So now he runs around the yard thinking that he's barking. It's funny to watch.

And lastly, Twinkles is our pound puppy. She's black with white markings on her toes and a star-like one on her chest. She's really hyper, and dreams of one day becomming an indoor dog, I believe. Seeing as she's always trying to get inside. She also jumps on anyone that comes outside. She's also kind of afraid of men, especially if they're holding shovels, and doesn't like getting sprayed with water. We think it has something to do with these people we hired to do some landscaping for us.
