Yay! I'm back at school! For my last time though. I am starting grade 12 & to tell you the truth. I am excited as well as nervous.

I am excited cause I never thought i'd get to this point in my life so fast. I just turned around & "BANG!" i'm in grade 12!! Grade 12 is supoposed to be one of your best years of school & I cannot wait till graduation. I plan on doing alot this year before I take my leave. I plan on painting a mural for my school (I am in art class), going to pro-choir (I get to sing with a bunch of different people & work with a bunch of different people as well. I am also in choir class), I am in SRC (Student Representative Council. But only to really help out though. They need it) & I am directing in Drama next semester as well. Hopefully I will get the honour of having my play go to festival! & who couldn't be excited about grad/prom (yes I still call it the prom xd ) I gotta go dress shopping but i'm sure my boyfriend will enjoy helping me out. cool

Now, I am nervous cause well...it IS my last year of actual school (exluding post-secondary) I remember back when I was just starting grade 6 my mother was giving me a talk (more like a lecture rolleyes ) about how i'm halfway done school. "In six years you will be in grade 12!" 'Yeah whatever.' I had always thought. Now as my alarm clock blasts the K-Rock morning show in my ear, I look around & realize, "Holy crap. I am in Grade 12." Life is moving sooooooooooooo fast!

For the longest time I had decided to become an actress cause of my love of acting, entertaining people & making them happy. Ever since I was 12 that was my dream. About half-way through grade 11, I decided that it was more of a hobby then a career choice to me.

Okay. Fair enough. Now what will I wanna do with my life? I only have this last year to figure it out. (I am aware that I don't need to go into post secondary right after high school. But I am in a situation where I kinda need to) I do enjoy helping people so I've decided that I wanna be a phycologist of some sort. Or a school councelor. But my new biggest dream is to become a speech therapist/speech pathologist for I have a stutter. I got help for it & helped me get my life back (It got so bad that I was semi-depressed in grades 5-6, & 9) so I thought what better way to give back than to help people with the same issue as me & have the joy of helping them get their life back! But unfortunately I hafta be smart for that but i'll find a way! I just gotta see my options one step at a time.

This is more cute than anything (well in my opinion) but I had completed a goal just by walking onto my bus on the first day of school. All my life in school I would always look towards the back of the bus & see the big kids sitting there. It was kind've a status symbol. I had thought "When will I get my status symbol & have the honour of sitting in the back?" As I grew older I got further & further there. Don't get me wrong, I HAVE sat at the back of the bus before, but I mean in a seating order sort of way. xd As dumb as this sounds, my HIGH SCHOOL bus, for HIGH SCHOOL students, has a seating plan. At first I thought this was dumb until I saw what seat was assigned to me. The very, very back. My friend is one of the firts on the bus & he saved the back seat for him & I. I sat down with triumph as I realized that I had finally gotten my status symbol. Go me!! 4laugh
