Animecon... Anime Convention... AWA... Anime Weekend Atlanta... The Best Day of Samia's Life... Whatever you want to call it... I have announced... anyone who likes anime even a little should go to an anime convention. heart
It was September 21st through the 23rd this year... I went on the 22nd with my brother (SilverWolf001), Sara (babylumpkins), and a group of her friends.
It was AMAZING! I was super excited and ready to cry from happiness before we even stepped foot inside... Of course... I don't think someone who doesn't like anime/manga or video games as much as me would be as excited. But it is still LOTS of fun.
There was SO MUCH Cosplay... It was amazing. The goal was to hug as many characters you adore as possible. lol!
I went as Lust from Fullmetal Alchemist... Hence the AMV tribute on my profile. Sara went as Misa Amane from Death Note. blaugh
I think my cosplay was pretty awesome because about 4 or 5 people ask for my picture... Sara help me make the costume so... It wasn't all my credit.
Next year... I want to go with my best friends... I think it would be awesome if Tyler (Funny_Man0), Thomas (Gothic_Kyo), Michal (mi-chan8cool, Sara, and my brother could all go with me next year... We could do a group cosplay one of the three days... OH! IT WOULD BE SO COOL :-B!
I'll get pictures of it developed soon... I might put them up here... But I'm not sure. I'll see ^_^. ____________________________________________________
Movies:
Ha ha! I haven't seen a movie in theaters since Rush Hour 3...
But I want to see Resident Evil: Extinction... A video game based Zombie movie... Why not?
I want to see Eastern Promises as well... Because it just looks awesome... Plus Viggo Mortenson and Naomi Watts are awesome as well.
The Kingdom looks good to my dad... So that might be a viewing option as well.
Well... The movie I saw most resently was XXX... Lol! You know... the Action movie with Vin Diesel in it? That one! The beginning had Rammstein in it... So that made me happy. But... It was really a man movie in the sense of a bunch of non-sense explosions. But... It was entertaining none the less.
If you guys have any suggestions for good movies... Please let me know.
Scott Summers (Cyclops) and Jean Grey (Phoenix) heart
