Personality: She is an over all kind person to those she likes but not to others. When in her demonic form she tends to be more aggressive then in her angelic form.
Bio: She was born a demon but through a series of experiments gained an angelic half to. This along with other past events makes it so she does not fully trust people easily. She lost her parents at the age of 12 to the government and her brother (Kyo) was taken. She was left for dead until Hiroshi found her and took her in as his little sister. He trained her in hand to hand combat and how to skillfully weild a blade. The government has occasionly showed interest in her unique situation of being a half breed.

Bio: He has lived most of his life alone and hated dealing with other people. The night he found Kichi he almost left her there but something made him take her with him. Over time he started opening up more, but not much else is know about him.

Personality: He is very cruel, sadistic, and finds great pleasure in killing people. He does spare some kindness towards other members of the government and some other people he favors.
Bio: His memory was completely erased by the government so he doesn’t remember anything about Kichi or his parents. He is 100% loyal to the government and will not hesitate to kill anyone. He is sent in a lot to kill rouges that won’t join the government, mutants, unwanted children, and members of the new race.
