Black, I am the color black.
I am the darkest color with the boldest impression.
I am stealth, cruelty, caring but harsh,
I am like the wings of an eagle, flying among the air,
Quiet; I have no roar, no sound.
I am kind, I am clever, like the eyes of an elder,
The spirit of space;
I am somewhere else, I’m not here; an imagined feel,
An imagined mountain,
An imagined mercy;
I am the space, the full moon;
I am after the storm,
I’m after the break of the wave,
After the battle,
After the plunge
The ending of it all,
I’m the color black.
