And its SOOO not cool mad

Ok so I got a job at the movie theater, right? And they said they could only start me off at $7.75 an hour. At Payless I get $8.30 an hour, and Dec 1st I go up to $8.60 an hour. However payless is an hour away from my house and the movies is 10 minutes away. So I took the job. They said they could only give me part time so I decided to work at both Payless and the movies.

But then I looked at my schedule this week and guess how many hours I got? 40. I was like WHAT THE ******** mad

I know that it seems like 40 hrs is a good thing because I need hours. But they are only paying me part time pay. And I'm pretty sure part time and full time pay differently. Most places do. Payless pays around 50 cents more an hour for full time. Which is why even though I work almot 40 hours every week they refuse to move me up to full time.

And I'm not doing that at the movies. I'm not working my a** off there to get paid a ******** part time salary. Especially when its minimum wage. Its a ******** RIP OFF. AND I only have one day off this week. Since when do people only get 1 day off from their jobs? I cant deal with working all those hours and only getting one day off and not even getting paid for it well. Its complete bullshit. AND all weekend I'm scheduled until 2am. Which SUUUUUUCKS.

I am SO not doing it. I'd rather stay at Payless. It may fail but at least I get my 2 days off a week and soon I'll be getting a raise. And I've come to except the stupid not being full time thing. I didnt know any better until I had been there for like a year. And then it was just like "whatever payless is being lame again rolleyes " But with this new job I know better and I wont allow it </////3
