Screaming




Yet, you never hear me,
Yet, you never see,
Yet, you ever realize,
That the one screaming is me.

Maybe if you listen,
Maybe if you watched,
Maybe if you had paid attention,
You would know why I scream.

Did you ever know why I screamed for you?
Did you ever care?
Did you ever wonder?
Are you fully there?

Normal people come running when they hear someone scream,
But you, my dear friend, are the exact opposite.
You hear it, but then you blow it off,
Like a whisper in the wind.

If you had come to my aid,
You would have known what had happened.
If you had came,
You would know...
