Darkness desend
Cold and damp
by the bed side she stays
the soft lonely chant
for the sun's lustrious rays
Velvet curtains hung down
door encased with silver and gold
by the mirror she held a frown
lines of anger on every skin fold
Darkness take flight
the world has crushed my might
Mistakes done to help
punishment lingers to tell
that where she is staying
has been hell
But this is the reward
the earnings for strife
against the angel's message
enprisonment for life
Darkness desend
for I can no longer make amends
My life has been destroyed
and all I had now but in ash
I pray the world will be in pain
as my heart was when slashed
I am the dark angel
there are no dreams
my whisper can not bring down
spirit between the seams
and holder of the crown
Darkness cover my sight
for there is nothing else to see
in the pitiful light.
