“Like Emmanuel I hidden the very fact that I too am immune to your ability to take control of the motor skills of human-body.” Ego hid his face behind a gas masked with tube connect to small tank in the side of his belt, his hands were also hidden in silky black gloves.

Ego jumped down fighting several scientist, until Nash intercepted him.

“Why are you going agents Lyan?!” he said utilizing his powers without regard for the valuable equipment.

As the ground shuck with tremendous force Emmanuel sought the opportunity to run from this world, dashing Ego fist and Lyan mental control he reached for the machine, he pressed a random bottom causing the machine to star collecting energy.

“No is not program yet!” shouted Ego throwing a punch at a scientist, smashing the poor man’s face.

Emmanuel took Nash hand and threw himself as a light came from the metallic door, and he was warped out this world.

“Damn Ego what you want could you just stay quite!” shouted Lyan picking up a table and Ego duck, while two scientist had there back’s smashed by the flying table.

“That is the Lyan I knew, so when are you going to show your entire self?” Ego threw a punch at Lyan who griped his hands instantaneously and broke must of his fingers. Ego didn’t even flinch once.

Lyan threw his own punch at Ego, sending him flying.

“You can’t feel pain?” wandering Lyan as Ego stud up with two broken ribs.

“Is more then feeling pain---I no longer feel anything. This addiction is a poison to my mind.”

“It save you from me.” said Lyan unbuttoning his suit.

“At what price? I sought the world slowly been taken by monster like you, while I a hopeless addict to mirako sat watching the world fall.”

“Gene 7, Mirako, Dystalize. All them drugs created by jealous humans wishing to overcome there humanity and becomes something else---mutants, evolutionary-man…gods!”

Lyan unmasked himself as nothing else then another potential addict to Gene 7. Like countless others before him, Lyan suffer a pre-adolescent revelation; he was gifted individual with capabilities far beyond humans. throwing across the room.

“I know of Hank’s researched.”

Lyan stop what ever he was doing, this new information had taken him be surprise.

“How could I not, I was one of the many man to study the new genetic grow within pre-adolescents. We called our self scientist, believe to be taken steps forwards in the realm of genetics. Only for reality to slap us in our faces! We were kids playing with bikers and fooling ourselves into believe we were no less then gods!”


“How wrong were we? I can’t express. What we did to that little girl for Gene 7; torture, desiccated and murder her little soul…a part of me died that day and so did you Lyan.”

Lyan cover his ears in effort not to here a single word of it. “Say one more word---”

“I’m sorry.” said Ego dropping to his knees.

Lyan who was ready to killed him stopped abruptly.

“You were twelve and Dr. Law send me to investigate all about your power to duplicate the gene that contained the mutations. Your parents thought you were sick, they treated me as blessing send to cure there ill son. While in my head demons spoke to me, “killed the child!” and one day while studying your powers a boy walked outside completely unaware that he posses power it all. You automatically mimic his powers and your parents and your entire house were sucked into another dimension.”

Lyan was paralyzed from head to toe, bathed in fear.

“Long ago I fear the end of days…that day I fear what humanity had become what we would become. I thought of killing every single person but Dr. Law stop me. To think if I would have killed you, your parents maybe alive today, they could had have another child, my wife and life be back to normal and Dr. Law would be alive…” Ego took a gun from his suit.

Lyan still remained paralyzed.
