Powers: Can float/levitate around. Doesn't really have an extreme strength and rather prefers outsmarting anyone who attacks him. His ribbons seam to never end and are used to grab or bind people, sometimes used to trip them too and he can set traps with them.
Weaknesses: He is weak in strength, A bit to trustful, Innocent, Childish and sometimes immature.
Strengths: Smart, agile, quick.
Bio: Ton is rather a mysterious one, not known of what he is and where he came from. Seeing as not much is known about him, there isn't really much to right here in till his story develops.
