Hello my name is Keith J Snyder, I am 25 years old, or at least that’s what I look like. All vampires look like the age you were bitten, or if you were born a vampire you would stop aging the first time you die. When I died I did something’s I regretted. But when I over came my problems I had to start a new one, Living a normal life.
I was a teacher assistant at collage, which made it easier to watch over Camron and Richard. Their mother had me take care of them, which didn’t bother me. I had Roxan and my girlfriend Paige there too, so it made the trip better. The house that Camron Richard and I were living in was huge, so naturally we had tons of people over, including Victoria. Victoria is the spawn of all things evil, and she just so happens to be Richards girlfriend. I’ve been trying to tell Richard she’s no good, but he doesn’t seem to notice. Also Paige seems distant, did I do something wrong? I wonder...
Weeks passed by as Richard fell into Victoria’s spell, while Paige seemed to vanish before my eyes. Finally I decided to confront Richard before he would do something even more stupid. “Richard...” I said taking in a breath, he turned around and looked at me. I took in another breath, “We need to talk about you and your relationship with Victoria.” He walked up to me; his eyes were dark as he glared at me. “Now what?” He growled. We argued for hours until Richard shoved me against a wall and said. “Look I love Victoria, so why don’t you just stay out of my life...Forever.” He shoved past me, my body felt numb. Suddenly I heard the sound of someone knocking on the front door. I raced down the stairs and opened the door. Seeing it was Paige, I let her in. She set her purse down on the table and lightly sat down on the couch. She then shyly looked up at me and took in a deep breath, “Keith, I just came by here to say, I’m going to be missing out date this afternoon.” I just nodded; I figured something like this would happen. She then stood up and kissed me on the cheek, and walked out. As I watched her leave, I decided to take a long shower. An hour later I walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my waist, I saw Paige’s purse on the table. “She probably needs this...” I mumbled to myself. Getting dressed, I grabbed her purse and walked to her house. When I arrived to her house I gently knocked on her door. Roxan opened the door, and told me that Paige was at Ryan’s house...She was always at Ryan’s house.
Finally arriving at Ryan’s house, the door was slightly ajar. Slowly pushing the door open, I saw no one in the main room. I was gonna leave, but then I heard some noises from upstairs. So I then I started walking up the stairs, when I reached the door I slowly began to open it. I became petrified at seeing Ryan and Paige in bed together. I dropped her purse and ran out of the house; tears were falling down the side of my face. How could I be so stupid? I thought while running inside my house, to my bedroom, and then a crawled inside my coffin, where I stayed for several weeks.
When I finally stepped out of my room, I could hear Richard and Camron yelling, and then I heard Camron slam his door. Richard came stomping downstairs, when he saw me he shot a dirty look towards me, I just turned my head away, hearing the front door open and close. I didn’t feel like asking Camron what happened, so I just walked outside and headed for the park.
As I was walking I rubbed my arms feeling the deep cuts. Finally when I arrived to the park, I sat down on a bench, and watched the children play. I just so happen to be paying attention to one kid in particular, she was playing with a crimson red ball and she was throwing it around. I laughed in amusement, she then threw the ball and it bounced off a tree into the road, I then shot up from where I was sitting. Coming towards her, in full speed was a blue semi truck. I tried calling to her, but she didn’t hear me, and she was still walking in the road. I ran, reaching the sidewalk I could see the semi was moving at full speed, and if I didn’t do something...She would get hit. I tried yelling at her one last time... It didn’t work so I did the only thing I could think of. I ran across the road, and pushed the girl off the street and out of the way. So the semi hit me instead. Causing my body to hit a tree, the trunk cracked and it fell onto the lower half of my body. I could hear a snapping sound, and I knew it was my body. I glanced at the semi driving away; I could see Ryan out of the window. “b*****d...” I mumbled. I tried to move, but I heard another cracking sound. Blood dripped off the side of my mouth. Reaching in pocket I grabbed my cell phone. I decided I would call my sister Cree. The phone rang twice, till she finally answered. “What Keith?” She yawned. “I need you to come get me...” She was silent for a moment. “Why?” She finally said, the last thing I remember was telling her, “Because...I’m dying...” Shortly after that I blacked out. Ryan had ruined my life forever...
