Character Bio: For as long as he can remember Julia has always lived on Pluto with his father and younger sister.They were nomadic and lived primarily on jobs his father kept so secret about.He would train with his father in the extreme conditions of the planet/moon. One day while eating in a restaurant with his sister,two men came up to them demanding the whereabouts of his father. Julia fought them with an attempt to lure them away from his fleeing sister. But soon enough both Julia and his sister were caught. They would attempt to escape only to have Julia's sister die in the process. He would return to his father only to find him killed as well. Mad with grief he piloted his Father's GEAR, to slaughter the people who held them captive.
He's heard that some of these people had ties to I.P.G.T. So he goes there in hopes of finally fulfilling his vengeance.
G.E.A.R. Appearance: Fatal Whisper
G.E.A.R. Weapon(s): Modified Twin Blades attached to both forearms. (As seen in picture), Hidden 250 Caliber machine guns on torso and a custom camouflage system called Khamel-eon which "paints" the GEAR into the corresponding environment.
Special Technique: "Fatal Flash" Redirects all energy and places it within the twin blades. As the blades charge with energy they glow in a luminescent white. When the energy of the blades are full the remaining energy of the GEAR are used to increase the GEAR's agility and speed 100 percent. When all is clear the Fatal Whisper will rush at target with blinding speed,slashing him with an X mark which explodes in a white flash.
