I'm just going to ramble on about the show "Lost" because I really like it.
WARNING!!!!!! There R spoilers here! But only a few. But still! SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!
Hokay, so, in Lost, there is a set of numbers; 4 8 15 16 23 42. Apparently these numbers are evil, like, death floating around them or something. A character named Hurley knows these numbers because he was at some place and this crazy dude was all like, "4... 8... 15... 16... 23... 42..." on and on and on. And Hurley was really annoyed, because he couldn't get them out of his head. So he used them on the lottery and got the supreme Jackpot. He was amazed, and he bought a house for his mom and a chicken place with the money. Well, the house burned down and the chicken place... you don't really want to know, and I'm not going to give THAT much of a spoiler. So when he bought the chicken place, the news dudes came a few days l8r and he was there 4 the interview. The news reporter asked, 'So why did you buy the chicken place?" and he said, "I don't know, umm... I just like chicken." so anyhow, he buys a ticket out of Sydney, Australia "cuz that's where he wuz" and the plane crashes somewhere in the south pacific, and NO, it is NOT hawaii, although that is where it's filmed. So we learn in the second season that somewhere in the hatch they found in the first season there is a timer, and whenever it's reset, it goes to 108 minutes. By the way, 108 is all the numbers combined by way of addition. In order to reset the timer, you must type in the numbers in order at the computer. if you fail to do so, it activates an electromagnet that is extremely powerful, and that is why the plane crashed. Now, something I figured out myself, is that the numbers could also be a phone number. There is someone that is often mentioned by the name of jacob. The most recent that I saw was in a subliminal messaging system and one of the panels is a sentence: "God loves you as he loved Jacob". The phone number might belong to him. Another possibility for the phone number is that it could belong to the Hanso Foundation, the company behind the entire Island. The phone number is: 481-516-2342. I'm going to try it out over the coming weekend and see if anyone answers.. I actually have it in my phone's Phonebook! I'll post the results next week. Please comment on my journal!
