Meghan...continued



as the pair were walking to school the boy asked "whats ur name?" Meghan didnt know if she should trust him. "...im meghan..." she said.
he seemed to be waiting for something. Meghan didnt know what it was though. "...my name's Damian." he said.
"oh"
"yeah"
they walked in silence for a while neither knowing what to say to the other. Finally Damian spoke up. "so, Meghan, how old are you?"
"...im 12," he seemed to be waiting again. She thought she had a pretty good idea what it was this time. "how old are...you? she asked awkwardly.
"im 12 also."
"oh"
"yeah"
