I once knew a boy and His heart was as cold as ice
His Tears always seemed to be dry
No matter how hard..
He couldn’t seem to die

He met a girl And they fell in love with each other
He couldn’t have treated her any better

She loved him because he was so free
But the bottle got the best of him
And now his once sparkling Blue eyes
Remained forever empty

He loved to hit her
She loved the pain
As time went on
They both grew in Vein

Something about his soul once set her on fire
But now... it seemed....
A new boyfriend for hire

He had this way of Making her feel like s**t
So she did drugs just to get away from it

It was her 14th birthday
And she had, had enough
So she said its over and acted real tough

Well he got his bottle and drank it up
The devil in his eyes
He wouldn’t give up

His Hands around her neck
She’s gasping for air
Where did her love go?
Why isn’t he there?
He’s losing control
He’s starting to shout
She hits him in he head
And she passes out

She’s passed out on the floor
He’s terrified
So He gets on top of a bridge
He thinks he can fly
He spreads out his wings
And takes a step off
Well on his way down...
He hit his head on the Rocks

She Wakes up
Follows his blood to the Bridge
She looks down
Horror in her eyes
As she watches the waves ridge

All she can do is cry and cry
Her heart now broken
Her feelings cannot lie

If she could have said sorry
Or just a simple it will be okay
Then her love would still be here
