The map you drew is burning
Do you feel the heat now too?
Because nothing makes me happier
Than to see your face each day
But when you're gone there is that way
To make the happiness fade away
I live above the pressure
Above all the guilt and doubt
Because your eyes told me too many times,
"Why take the risk?"
But if its a risk to let you love me,
it's scary to admit
Your denial is letting me down
And all I want to do
Is let somebody love me
Who won't put me at risk
Because all this time you've been telling me,
"Why take the risk?"
