Abilities: Exstreamly Fast and Quick. Can sense anything or anyone comming at him. Able to doge almost anything.
Personality: Mad, Stubborn
Life: Ounce a hero for his own country now relises his father worked for an assasianation compony. He later finds his father dead on the ground without the spill of blood. He decides to investigate figureing out that M-16 (Who he works for) killed his father. Seth decides then to take his fathers place. He now controls the worlds largest assasionation clan holding thousands of assasians at his will of doing. He doesnt show a single piece of weaponary in public and hides every part of his body except his eyes. He assasianates heros and villians, police, M-16, Cia (other Criminal Investigation Componys), even children. You will never know who he is.
