Design is that of the Celtic animal symbol of the Raven with an additional marking added later on of the Elder Tree, as shown below.

Abilities –
+Lightning:
This is not like normal lightning, though it has the same properties and thus the same general effect.
This ability is ONLY used in the general form of lightning and is something that is constantly in need of perfecting, due to its unreliability and the unstable particles it can often use from the atmosphere. Her energy acts as the lightning, shifting around and through the space of the particles more than diverging and breaking their bonds.
She cannot use it in any other form.
This means it has a disadvantage:
Being able to use her ability depends on the weather and state of the atmosphere around her. If such weather is light snow for example, she is able to form lightning at a far greater rate, than if she was in muggy sunny weather.
Rain, although commonly thought to be able to conduct electricity because of the 'water' properties, actually cannot unless there is a salt like catalyst. This means on rainy days, it is far harder to create 'lightning' and requires far more energy. However, if there is real lightning playing in the sky, it can be an advantage as well as a disadvantage.
She is able to use the already formed lightning as a base formation to form her own 'directable' lightning, far faster than normal; although it takes up more Energy to do.
It does increase the possibility of her attracting the normal lightning in the air, as if she were a metal rod. Therefore, there is a 40% chance of backfire, should she be demanding the use of her lightning in such conditions especially in a weakened state.
Favourite creation:
+Wings:
With the use of her ability, she is able to force particles closer to become a somewhat solid structure while in the visible form of lightning. With this, she is able to create (using an image in her mind) wings like that of a bird, to sprout from her back.
(Note: She can only fly for thirty minutes at any given time, weather permitting [refer to notes on lightning: Disadvantages]. It will use up a quarter of her energy available on average to stay airborne.)
+Iron weapons:
Due to the electrical properties she is able to attract the particles of iron and other highly conductive metals together to bend to her desires. The electrical current acts as a line, or a string which connects each particle, which can cause the particles to become close enough to form bonds and a visible hardened weapon, which has the ability to extend and curve easily based on her electricity.
i.e. With enough Iron particles around she could create a broadsword and almost instantaneously turn it into a whip.
Constant shifting of the particles causes gradual loss of energy.
Note on History:
In past year’s villagers and random people who have seen this ended up claiming they had guardian Angels. Not necessarily good; although good to use her as a figure head (Example: Joan of Arc).
The particles ‘gather’ around her body like strings, and through her body (skin, muscle, bone) which are what enable her to take flight by such means. Particles are mainly space, and therefore have no effect on the body so it seems, although it does put a large pressure on the mind.
EDIT August 2011:
A study of her history showed that in a small town far from other civilization which had a strong community sense in acknowledgement of the Gods, when she was six months old her sister and her were hit by a force which was described by the locals as the God Raijin's Beast, Raiju. It was stated that she was hit directly, while her sister was only just within the 'circle of empowerment'.
Her sister's DNA was changed, merging with that of the current form of the Beast, a feline. She also gained one part of the Beasts power; the power over fire.
Specimen 0001, Ryke, being hit directly died on the spot. However, it was considered more of a superficial death, as the Beasts spirit ended up residing in her body allowing her to gain life once more, her body ending up relying on the Energy she had gained from him, that of his other power, electricity (lightning). She did not have any DNA change in the same fashion as her sister.

Current problems:
Vampirism:
This sudden change to her system has had an effect on her 'Abilities'.
While she has the cravings and the sensitivities and such of vampirism, her ability to 'Diverge Particles' has been effected because of her fluctuating Energy levels. This means that when she tries to use this ability, the result is a less tolerable and an unstable combination.
When the Energy level begins to fluctuate, the lightning form created begins to turn red and black, rather than white and blue. If not dispersed of soon enough, the movement of the particles creating the lightning could react differently and cause a rather large blast to occur. Or disperse itself due to the unstable Energy within her own system causing inability to use such means for quite a period of time depending on the level of the energy self-contaminated.
As such, the blast type has not occurred before as she has been able to direct it to within her system with great difficulty only once before, and so there is little information to no information regarding the devastation it could cause to the surrounding area and particles.
NEW NOTE: ---February 2011---
1. Information gathered regarding her vampirism has indicated that she has been able to consume a lesser amount of normal human-based food products. This suggests that due to her electrical ability her bodily functions (i.e. heart) have not theoretically stopped so she is still human for all intensive purposes.
This gives the suggestions that she may become fully human once more if the darker side of the energy is withdrawn from her body.
Currently there is no scientific explanation to give a possible solution, or method, for the removal of the dark energy to remove the vampirism.

This particular issue has been resolved, however she has been able to keep the 'upgraded' body effects of the vampirism.

2. Her defensive system is a rather complex automatic occurrence. Due to the consistency of the electrical 'waves' or 'frictional pulses' which her ability has adopted as its main image, that play across her body (in the most congested place her head hair), if an object capable of an electrical conductivity comes within her sensory range of 100m she will be able to automatically detect that item. Whether she pays any attention to it or not depends on the items danger rating (speed, elements within such item of conductivity, and direction).
Items which come into her range at high speed, while being able to detect them, it remains likely that she could still be intensely injured by the objects, as her reactions are limited to the speed in which her body can function.
There have been thoughts that she may be able to use the electrical current to increase her bodily speed at some point. However, it would be believed that the outcome would also put far too much strain on the body.
Such a test would like to have been conducted to determine the extent to which she could detect the conductivity rate, however was improbable at the time of this update.
It is likely that she will be able to soon have the advanced capabilities to detect the minimal electrical currents emitted from brain function in animals (and thus to say, humans).
