Today we shall cover the as yet unexplored realm of English Teachers.
To start off: the question WHY!???
I mean really, I am now seventeen years old and they are still teaching me as though I were seven! Is this the kind of attitude that will allow me to pass my A-levels?
NO IT IS NOT! stressed
I have to say, these two teachers of whom I speak are quite lovely people but - and I mean this in the nicest possible way - they cannot teach to save their lives! perhaps that's just me, perhaps I simply do not absorb information the way I used to, or perhaps it is the fact that they are teaching me (and the rest of my class I might add) like a bunch of children!
I must unfortunatley pick on my male teacher here, like i said, an absolute luv and full of great stories, but those stories will not help me pass this subject!!
The teaching is boring and basic - so much so that I could probably teach it myself with the aid of this fabulous creation "the t'interweb" and still pass with the same grades I am currently achieving (which are average).
Perhaps I am being big-headed and simply trying to find someone else to blame for my not being exceptional as my mother has always promised me I am and bullied (again in the nicest way possible) me into being.
Perhaps, however, I am correct and the teachers are fools. FOOLS I TELL YOU!! scream
Perhaps I really shouldn't care this much, after all it's only little marks on a piece of paper, right?
Yet, if I am to be subjected to this dismal and repetetive annotation and failure on the part of dear Mr and Miss X (for this situation) for and hour a day, then I'm afraid I do care, and rather a lot.
However, I suppose I must simply be content with the fact that I will be able to ditch this subject at the end of the school year (shockingly close it seems too) and continue on for now. sweatdrop
