Hitler - His idea has some initial positive intent. Stalin was just a murdering paranoid ******** head. Hitler was also smart enough politically to make a land grab without having to declare war. Then again, he was stupid enough to declare war on the United States after the Japs bombed Pearl. He was also dumb enough to invade Russia. Not because the Russians were a huge tactical threat, but because father winter was. Operation Barbarossa should have been started the next spring, not near the end of the summer.
