Well lets see it's April 9th 2008 and because of some influence I have started a "fast" also know as the "Lemonade diet" this is day 1 of 10 of NOT EATING and drinking lemonade basically. The only thing that is driving me nuts is knowing that I have 9 more days of this I mean seriously the slight hunger pains are nothing, drinking lemonade with some other ingredients are nothing it's just weighing heavily that I have to do this for 9 MORE DAYS!!!!!
I mean I am by no means fat. I have a slight belly that prevents abs from showing but thats it. But then again it's a cleanse as well apparently I have (and everyone else too) like 10 to 20 pounds of toxins and other crap that the body doesn't know what to do with. I think I know whats wrong and it's because my mind isn't occupied with friends and family. I have avoided everyone because I don't want them tempting me with food. but in reality they keep my mind off knowing I am on the diet anyway. it's a give and take and it all basically comes down to Will Power. DAMN it I will prevail. YOU HEAR THAT! I WILL!!!!!!!!
