1- Protecting from hackers in PM's :
There hackers are acting like admins to steal your stuff, admins will NEVER ask you for password.

2- Protecting from fake sites :
First, you have to go to Account Preferences and change to No,
There many sites which says they will give you anyitem you want, but they DONT! they just take your username and password.
about the fake sites which looks like gaia, if someone gave you link then you clicked on it and shows like this,
be sure your out of gaia, but you NEVER logged out.
after you click on the site, if you saw it looks like gaia and it says you logged out then it's fake site.
your confused? I will make it easy for you...
when you see site look like gaia, write random letters and numbers on username and password, if it says "Incorrect username" then its original gaia,
if you logged in by random letters and numbers then its fake site, but dont worry... you just gave to the hacker random letters and numbers.
3- Other things would help you to be safe :
A. Dont give your E-mail which you use it for gaia.
B. Go to Account Preferences and hide your E-mail,
C. Change your password to something hard, not your dog name or b-day date etc...
4- Hacker Alert :
If you noticed you gave your password to someone, Go to Account Preferences fast as you can and change your password, then Logout, after this... Login and be sure your in safe now.
