These are my rp characters and also a story I am working one.
Story: Title unknow: Chapter 1
This story does not have a title yet. I am thinking of something along the lines of 'The children of Lord Varon.' Or something xD

Introduction: Before the Start

"What is going on? Where am I? What on earth is happening?" A young boy was running through the streets, covering his head from the rain in the middle of the night. "Damn it, I need to find somewhere to stay." He turned corners fast, hardly looking where he was going. All that mattered to him was finding somewhere to shelter for the night. He stopped and looked around a little; few of his white bangs fell in front of his eyes. As he moved them away he spotted a light in one of the buildings. Smiling slightly he headed to the light, it was on the other side of the village, but he could manage. "I hope they would not mind me coming in." He found the path that lead to the building. It was a path full of trees and other plants. Most were dead, but all bunched together. Shrugging the boy headed through the path. Not knowing what could lie ahead.
The young child pushed on forward, heading deeper and deeper into the woods. The path slowly started to open up, to a large wall with a huge door and few windows to the other side. The child walked over to one of the windows and tried to look in, jumping up to try and see. However the windows were too high. He looked around and walked over to the door, knocking as hard as he can. After that he just sat on the dirt, waiting. The door slowly opened and there stood an old man, standing with another boy slightly older then the child himself, holding an umbrella over the man.
“State your business.” The child on the ground looked at the man shocked. I don’t know where I am.” The child sniffed a little, tears forming in his eyes. “Where is your family? Are they not looking for you?” The boy looked blankly at the old man. “I don’t remember…I don’t know if I had a family…” The child then started to cry. The other child dropped the umbrella and rushing over to him, comforting him. The old man walked over, kneeling. “What is your name little one?” The little boy looked up at the old man, sniffing slightly. “It’s Yume. Yume Hightail.”

Chapter One: The last day of old, the first day of new.

"Wake up boy!" A large built man in armor kicked a boy lying on the ground asleep. "Time to get up!" The man kicked the boy again. When the foot collided with the boy he groaned, getting up slowly, and white locks of hair fell in front of his eyes. The man kicked him again. "Get up faster next time, and then maybe I won’t have to kick to so much!" The boy winched at the loud booming voice of the man. He never did well with noise once he woke up. He got up and dusted himself down. "Go to the grounds, everyone is waiting!" The man left the room, slamming the door behind him. The boy swore at him as he left.

He picked up a shirt and put it on over his soft pale white skin. The shirt was tatted and old, his pants the same. As for his shoes, he wore none. He picked up an old damaged lute and put it on his back, leaving the room. He headed along the cold stone path that headed for the grounds. He yawned as he walked on. The lute on his back bouncing around on his back, his bangs falling infront of his eyes again and again. He took a turn and headed outside.

"Look who showed up! Little Little Dream-Boy." Another boy called out, built but not as much as the other man from before. He had silver hair that just got to his shoulders with matching grey eyes. "Can it Sen, and its Yume." The boy called back, walking up to him. Sen snorted and turned around, facing a fairly old man. "Nice of you to join us Yume. Maybe next time you can wake up on time and we will not have to send Brute. Anyway time for today’s lesson." The old man turned away walking, beckoning for the children to follow him. "I heard you last night again Yume. Still trying to cast a basic lute spell?" A girl smiled at him. Her long pink and red hair, reaching half way down her back. She had bright blue eyes and had a good figure.

"Yeah..." Yume was drifting off, looking at his feet. The girl sighed and turned her attention to Sen. "What is wrong with him? I am getting worried." He said quietly so that Yume could not hear. "You worry too much Sakura, get over it. Foces on other things or people. Like me." He grinned and she groaned, turning to he female friends, her long black hair flicking and hitting Sen in the face. He smiled a little, turning his attention to Yume. "She is so hot, I think she digs you." He said, nudging Yume's arm. "Yeah...digs..." Sen rolled his eyes.

"Don't go bettin' your self up about not being able to cast a basic lute spell. Just 'cause you are the only one yet to cast it dose not mean you should get all gloomy over it." Sen grinned, giving Yume thumbs up. Yume looked at him with his dull grey eyes. "All night for the past two weeks I have been up trying to cast it. Two weeks! For everyone else to cast it, it had taken them two days. You were able to cast it...And you don't pay attention in class!" Yume growled a little. "OK just calm down Dreamer-Boy." Sen placed his hands on Yume's shoulders. "Calm down."

"Is there a problem boys?" The old man called back to them. Sen turned around, "No Sora-Sensei. Just the same as always. Yume getting worked over not being able to cast the spell." Sen grinned a little and Yume growled again. "Is that so? How long has it been now? Two weeks? Yume if you can't cast it by dinner you will be removed from the course and the school." Yume's eyes shot open. "You were lucky we took you in without training and having to pay because you had nowhere to go. However if you can’t even cast a basic attacking spell, how are you going to do in the other areas? You may be the top in theory and playing the lute. However Spells are more important. So you have till the sun goes down. So I will dismiss you now so you can try."

Yume's eyes were wide. He nodded quickly and sharp, his bangs falling into his eyes again. He turned around and headed straight to his room. Sen looked at Sora-Sensei. "You don't really mean that do you?" Sora-Sensei nodded. "Yes I do mean it, if he does not cast it, even if its only once, he is to leave Magic of Lute Academy. Sakura over heard and her eyes went wide also, Sen still confused.

Yume grabbed out his books, pulling out his lute. He opened the page to the basic attacking spell of Lute. He read the page again and again, letting it sink into his head. He exhaled and pushed the book aside, bringing up his lute to his own attack stance. He faced the dummy in his room and focused thinking of only the magic flowing through him. He plucked the string and pushed his arm forward, straight to the dummy. A wind picked up a little up died down shortly after. Nothing had happened. He growled and tried again and again. Not knowing his two friends at his room window watching.

"Poor Yume. He is going to get kicked out." Sakura had tears building up. "So unfair!" Sen grunted, waving his hand "It isn’t his fault he can’t cast the spell." They continued to watch Yume through the window, hard at work.

"I can’t do it!" He threw the lute at the wall, crouching down. His ran his fingers through his hair, his fingers bleeding from plucking the string over and over, blood coating his pure white locks of hair. There was five minutes till the sun was down. He looked at his now destroyed lute. He got up and kicked the lute. "Useless, the both of us." He walked over to find a bag and gather his things now. No point in waiting to do it after Sora-Sensei tells him to leave.

Sora-Sensei walked to the door of Yume's room, looking at the boy sitting in the middle of the room on his bag. The old mans eyes wondered around the room, seeing the destroyed lute. "Hmm...I take it you could not cast it young one?" Yume glared at the man. "You think I would of been sitting here waiting for you to kick me out if I had?" Sora-Sensei chuckled. "I see...Well Yume, time for you to leave." Yume got up picking up his things when Sakura pushed past Sora-sensei, crying. "Don't leave! You don't have to!" Sen was standing next to Sora-Sensei. "Yes he must Sakura, he could not cast the spell so he has no point here." Sora-Sensei said calmly. Yume started to walk out of the door. "See you guys."

Sen grabbed Yume's arm. "Be careful out there..." Yume looked up at him, slightly red faced, tears forming in his eyes and he ran. Yume ran as fast as he could, trying to get away from his only two friends he had ever had. Yume had always tried to act tough but he was never tough. He was soft and weak in some ways. He ran past all the other students going to the hall. They all stared at him as he ran for the entrance of the school. Once he was out he started to walk slower, not wanting to look back. He walked through the path of dead trees and plants on the dirt road.

Yume had been at that school for six years. Since that rainy day he had never been as happy, but now he had been kicked out, an out-cast. Just because he could not preform a basic lute spell. Shaking the thought out of his head he came to the end of the road. Sighing he took a right and continued down the path he did not go down when he first appeared. Yume was rubbing the tears out of his eyes, people staring at him as he walked down the road. They did not try to talk to him because of his clothing. Tattered shirt and pants, no shoes. You would think he was a tramp. He looked around to see where he was going and just one look he knew were he was. The dark side of the town. All the gangs, mobs, night bars ect. was there. He felt uneasy but it was the only way to get out of the town.

He walked through the streets, weaving around people, trying not to touch or bump into anyone. He held his bag close to him. He may of been the age of sixteen but he never did well on his own. He took a short-cut through an ally, being as quick as possible. As he walked down the ally he noticed someone stopped and turned, blocking the entrance. He turned around to go back the way he came. The same thing happened. He gulped a little as the men started to walk down the ally, towards him. Yume could not run, his feet were stuck in the one place. They came closer and closer. When they were closer enough they grabbed Yume and pushed him up against the wall.

"Now look what we have here master, A young teen." One of the males called softly. He was balding and had a beer-gut and had a mole above the corner of his mouth. The other male came in closer and smelt Yume. He had long black hair, dark green eyes and was wearing a black outfit. His build was slim and lean. Also having a crocked smile. "Smells fresh, must be a new stray." The bald one looked at the other male. "What do we do with him master?" The other male grinned a creepy grin. "Just wait a little Bakara, let him go." The one named Bakara let go of Yume and he fell to the ground. The other male picked up Yume. "Tell me boy, what are you doing around these parts of town? You do know it’s unsafe do you not?" Yume's eyes went wide. He saw that the other male had fangs. Was this man a vampire? "Answer me boy." The man said firmly, shacking Yume a bit. "You best answer him." Bakara whispered.

Yume was shaking, trying to force the words out. "I-I-I'm t-t-trying to get t-t-to another t-t-town. I know i-i-its not safe." Bakara laughed at Yume. "So you should be afraid, this man is Lord Varon!" Lord Varon smiled. "You flatter me Bakara. I will be sure to tell the slaves to make you something extra good tonight." Bakara bowed deeply. "Thank you master." Lord Varon then turned his attention back to Yume. "Why are you not inside at home eating? It is always best to go out on a full stomach and during the day when it is more...safe." Lord Varon grinned, showing his teeth more. His fangs seemed to be growing larger slowly. "Why don't you come with me?" Yume's eyes went wide, he started to shake like crazy and he screamed, pushing Lord Varon back, making him let go of Yume. Yume pushed passed Bakara whom tried to grab Yume.

Yume ran fast through the ally, trying to reach the other side and out before they catch up. "Well that was interesting, someone trying to get away. Don't you agree Bakara?" Yume looked to one side to see Lord Varon flying in a way next to him. "Oh yes master." Bakara was on the other side of Yume. Yume stopped and tried to turn back around Bakara grabbed him. "Don't worry Yume, you will be home soon. Your friends are waiting." Yume's eyes shot open. How did they know his name? What did this freak Bakara mean? Yume looked up at Lord Varon, confused who just smiled. "Come now, don't you recognize me?" Yume stood there, confused still, trying to get out of the hands of Bakara. "Don't worry Yume, it will only hurt a bit." Lord Varon lent down and started to drain the blood Yume had. Yume was kicking and screaming, tears were falling down his face. Before he knew it, Yume had passed out.
