Tarquin and Temma are mid level psi’s.
Temma’s talent manifests through her music. Her family have taken to calling this Bardic talent since her father also had it and it allows her to control/project to her audience emotions through her music. She is also a mid level telepath and receiving empath. Temma wants to follow her Aunt Siren as head mistress of Music A. If she can’t do that Temma would be happy to act as head for a branch school of Music A. Soon she assumes a place as vice head mistress.

Tarquin’s primary talents are telekinesis and weather reading. He can feel the weather patterns and fronts forming and read what they mean over 55 kilometres away. He is also a low-level telepath, he is strong but his range is only local area. The only ones whom he can contact outside that range are his twin, his mother and Lady Ellie.

Both twins have been approached by Cell Children for their children. Temma has at least 4 children (Dinah, Robert, Walter and Rupert) had by a surrogate mothers and Tarquin has at least 3 (Elaine, Daniel and Wayne). He didn’t keep track of who the mothers were and neither twin has much to do with their Cell offspring. They are pretty much career minded people. After all, as 2nd Gen Dhampir they have plenty of time a mate (if or when such is desired) is bound to turn up eventually. 5 years after Tia, Cym was born.
