well so far the i have lost a garnd totel of 15 lbs so i need only 15 to 20 more to make my goal which is a lot of hard work to keep up the whole motvation thing really sucks but i want to look good again so sacarfice has to be made no more drinking...everyday or even on weekend only celabarations and next is my brithday a big one for me and josh is leaving this weekend to see heather and meet the parents they get along pretty good i think she might be the smarted of thetwo and i wounder what she thinks of me really i do acted childish but get passed that and i'm down to earth and one day i hope to find a partner myself tired of my own ball and chain time to call it quits once and for all
