I feel so GREAT today! ^_^
Lesse... Just now, I helped this girl named "hello it nina the lover" to get her prom dress. biggrin She wanted to look like Cinderella, so I pulled together all the items I didn't need (my poor yellow scarf though is gone...). She'll be alright now, and I hope she can spend time with all of us at the dance. ^_^

Also, I got something wonderful in the mail. The Rotary Club at my school apparently thinks I'm exchange student material, and wants me to come on an informational meeting ON MY BIRTHDAY (May 22nd)... to find out more. biggrin What a fun way to learn about the world! I can't wait! >3<

Oh! About my birthday... Hehehe... >D Here are the things happening.

1. At my school, we have a preschool program. We're having their graduation to Kindergarten that day.

2. This informational meeting about the Rotary Youth Exchange, and how I can apply. ^_____^

3. That Indiana Jones movie's coming out! :O

4. Thursday. Thursday's a great day in the week to have a birthday.

... Okay, those things aren't much. But they're all very important, and fun! Never forget fun! D:

Speaking of fun, I was thinking today. The end of a school day forces you to think.... Maybe it's the empty hallways, but I was thinking about how fleeting the high school years are. I mean, it's already the end of my Freshman year... How quickly time flies. And, it's rumored that the time flies even faster every year. What a way to end your free education.

But, we're here. Now. And we're young, and vibrant, and happy with our lives (as far as I can tell). These moments would become distant memories to reflect back on as we raise our own children. Or, huddle down in the abandoned alleyways of the ghetto. No matter where we are, we can always say that we were here. We WERE young, and happy, and hopeful. I hope that no one ever forgets this. Because...

THAT'S WHY WE HAVE YEARBOOKS. T_________T

In other news today, the neighborhood smelled like flowers today. Such a nice smell, don't you think? It's not the smell of garbage, or dog poop, or even that smelly bush that sits at my bus stop. I never really smelled it before, and I teared up... Stupid pollution ruins everything.
