I am from weekly black out in mid December, and all the other days for that matter
From hours of horseplay on the streets,
where farmers cultivate large sugar trees ,
And the high school kid picking at all the weeds .
I’m from seeing endless kids flirting without shame.
where if you won the lottery and decided to move from the country it was either run for it or die,
And who could forget the swans on the lake that where replaced by oil spills ,
Beautiful nature, gone.
From magical camel rides that could fit one-hundred people,
Where it was so hot that you had to take 3 showers a day.,
I am from where you pay low for the water that the 3 showers a day don’t matter but how you got the water hot did!
I love this place ,
It is indeed a wonderland.
